About This Role

This Talent Sourcer role supports the recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates for various job openings. The position involves using a variety of sourcing techniques and channels to find qualified individuals, then screening and assessing their suitability for specific requirements, contributing to the overall talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities

• Review and post attractive job adverts on different job boards to boost interest from target candidates
• Review and process applications on all platforms in a timely manner
• Utilize various sourcing methods on online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify and attract potential candidates for specific job requirements
• Initiate communication with prospective candidates, build relationships, and provide them with relevant information about job opportunities
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability through initial phone or video interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Keep abreast of industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies and always maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for highly repeatable roles
• Maintain accurate candidate data and records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or relevant databases
• Work backwards from agreed metrics to optimize the sourcing strategy and maintain agreed service levels
• Support recruiters on ad hoc sourcing related administrative tasks
• Promote the employer brand by presenting job opportunities in an attractive and compelling manner to potential candidates, and effectively influence others to leverage social media tools in alignment with Cielo’s brand strategy
• Coordinate feedback and facilitate the overall recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Actively seek and engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds to enhance the company’s commitment to inclusivity
• Identify areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days is required
• 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration is required
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required
• Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, such as basic Boolean search, to identify and engage potential candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and build relationships
• Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
