About This Role

This role involves supporting high-volume recruitment by actively sourcing, screening, and mapping candidates, while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers. It suits a proactive individual with strong sourcing skills, dedicated to enhancing the candidate experience and contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume recruitment support for attraction (hunting, sourcing, mapping, and screening)
• Perform sourcing for all vacancies, contributing to business expansion
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and support the company's most priority hires
• Screen applicants via outreach, understand their strengths, motivations, and attraction factors, successfully converting them into active candidates
• Present relevant data to influence business stakeholders on qualitative improvements in the hiring process (e.g., conversion rates, target profile, etc.)
• Implement sourcing strategies with a focus on diversity, analyzing requirements to define the ideal target profile for strategic positions
• Act as a sourcing specialist, training colleagues and other employees on sourcing strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion
• Provide a strong and positive experience for Shopee candidates

Requirements

• Completed higher education
• Advanced English
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets/data
• Relevant experience in talent sourcing
• Advanced proficiency in in-depth search techniques, Boolean search, ATS, and LinkedIn
• Ability to act independently, creatively, and with a sense of responsibility
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
• Solid problem-solving skills and a good capacity for adaptation
