About This Role

This contract role on the Talent Discovery team focuses on generating candidate pipelines for MongoDB's most critical hiring needs across the business. The individual will become a sourcing subject matter expert, recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. Responsibilities

• Support critical MongoDB roles globally through strategic passive talent sourcing
• Quickly pivot to support new areas of MongoDB's business as hiring needs arise
• Show flexibility to take on various positions across Go-To-Market and Technology teams as needed
• Work closely with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent accordingly
• Become an expert in the external market and a consultative talent advisor
• Screen candidates for nuanced roles, ensuring strong alignment to role requirements
• Maintain exceptional documentation and data integrity as candidates are progressed within the hiring process
• Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Maintain a high-touch and personalized process for all candidates

Requirements

• Proven track record within technical recruiting, maintaining deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing specifically
• Creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to tap into new pools of talent
• Uncover new tactics through research and knowledge-sharing with peers
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct autonomous research and utilize data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in high-volume business environments
• Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously while navigating ambiguity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
