This sourcing specialist and recruiter role focuses on finding and engaging high-quality candidates for the company's hiring needs. The position is fully office-based in Bengaluru, and it suits a proactive and driven individual with a strong grasp of candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
• Use Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
• Track sourcing metrics and improve sourcing strategies
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week
