Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Use sourcing expertise and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned to client needs
- Apply market knowledge and talent intelligence to contribute to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls
- Review and screen candidate applications, use a variety of search techniques across LinkedIn, company websites and other sourcing tools to identify and engage diverse talent
- Drive creative and non-linear sourcing approaches using both conventional and unconventional channels
- Deliver high-quality, well-engaged candidate shortlists with accurate and complete information to support informed hiring decisions
- Use advisory skills to provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates
- Maintain timely, proactive communication with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers across levels
- Ensure a consistent pipeline and flow of relevant candidates for each open role
Requirements
- Previous sourcing and application management experience
- Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven and inquisitive mindset
- Ability to work independently, deliver results with minimal supervision and maintain accountability
