About This Role
This role is for a top-skilled Talent Sourcer to bolster and accelerate the recruitment journey at MASCOT International, an international company on an exciting growth journey. The core of the job is identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent for roles mainly across Europe, playing a crucial role in setting the foundation for successful recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Identify top talent: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, and advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean and X-ray)
- Build strong pipelines: Cultivate relationships with passive candidates to develop short- and long-term pipelines for key functions
- Partner strategically: Collaborate closely with TA Partners and Hiring Leaders to align sourcing strategies with business needs
- Pre-screen candidates: Conduct initial screening calls for selected roles to evaluate experience, skills, and fit before moving forward in the process
- Deliver market insights: Share relevant data on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform strategy
- Drive performance: Show entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and initiative in helping us reach ambitious hiring targets
Requirements
- Solid proven experience in talent sourcing and maybe recruitment, preferably in an international setting
- Fluency in Danish, English, and German; any additional language would be an asset
- Strong track record in identifying and engaging passive candidates across different functions and seniority levels
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus)
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a drive to deliver high-quality results
- A bachelor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
