2. About the Opportunity
The Talent Partner role is designed to lead and manage structured, inclusive hiring processes across assigned teams. This position acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring clear definitions of candidate success and facilitating evidence-based decisions. The role oversees the full recruitment cycle, contributes to refining talent acquisition practices, and enhances the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
3. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to align on business priorities and talent needs.
- Lead recruitment kickoffs clarifying role requirements and process timelines.
- Provide recommendations and market insights to support hiring decisions.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from role approval to offer acceptance.
- Develop inclusive hiring processes, including interview plans and assessments.
- Facilitate candidate evaluations and mitigate bias during selection.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies and proactively engage candidates.
- Build diverse pipelines through broad sourcing and inclusive job messaging.
- Deliver transparent and respectful candidate communication.
- Use data and recruitment metrics to inform and improve hiring practices.
- Support onboarding planning and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Contribute to talent team projects, process improvements, and tool implementations.
4. Requirements
- Minimum of three years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in-house.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment processes.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package
