Talent Operations & Automation Specialist

About This Role

This specialist role is for a curious, adaptable, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats. As part of a national Talent team, you will contribute to a wide range of initiatives spanning recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, technology, process improvement, automation, communications, and special projects. No two weeks will look the same, with tasks ranging from launching recruitment campaigns to improving recruiting processes, supporting system enhancements, analyzing data, or coordinating national talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities, sourcing efforts, and national hiring projects
• Assist with the implementation, optimization, and adoption of talent technologies and systems
• Identify smarter, faster ways of working through process improvement and automation
• Analyze data, conduct research, and provide insights to support decision-making
• Coordinate projects, communications, training resources, and change initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement, talent programs, and other strategic HR initiatives
• Help attract top talent through recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Assist with implementation of new initiatives and programs

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field
• Exposure to talent acquisition practices
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
• Experience with HR, ATS, CRM, or other business systems considered an asset
• Fully bilingual in English and French to support internal clients across Canada
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Experience with AI, automation tools, reporting, or data analysis

Important Details

• Work format: Hybrid (2 days/week in Ville Saint-Laurent, QC)
