About the role
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute Talent Management processes, ensuring timely milestones and alignment across stakeholders. Lead Talent Management projects aligned with company goals, overseeing all phases from planning to execution. Act as the subject matter expert for the engagement tool, managing survey launches and user access. Conduct market research to stay updated with best practices in Talent Management processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Previous experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Projects area. Proven track record in project and stakeholder management. Fluent English is mandatory. Expertise in HRIS and Engagement Systems is a plus.
