Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (High Volume Manufacturing & Skilled Trades Recruitment)
Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Time Zone of Supported Sites)
Pay Rate: $45/hour on W2

Travel
Minimal travel required. Occasional travel may be needed for site visits, recruiting events, or other business needs.

- Proactive Sourcing
• Must have experience sourcing beyond traditional job boards.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, networking,
community outreach, referrals, and grassroots recruiting efforts.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Strong Microsoft Suite experience, especially:
o Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)

This role requires a strategic recruiter who can influence stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruiting
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies focused on:
o Speed
o Quality of hire
o Diversity
o Candidate experience
Talent Sourcing
• Build proactive candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing methods.
• Utilize grassroots recruiting initiatives and market intelligence.
Business Partnership
• Partner closely with:
o Hiring Managers
o HR Business Partners
o Business Leaders
• Provide customized recruiting solutions aligned with workforce plans.
Market Intelligence
• Serve as an external labor market expert.
• Advise stakeholders on:
o Talent trends
o Competitor recruiting practices
o Sourcing opportunities
Employer Branding
• Support initiatives that position client as an employer of choice.
• Participate in community outreach and employer branding campaigns.
Recruitment Process Management
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:
o Intake meetings
o Candidate sourcing
o Screening
o Interview coordination
o Debrief sessions
o Offer process
Data & Analytics
• Analyze recruiting performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Deliver reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
Compliance
• Ensure compliance with:
o Employment laws
o Corporate policies
o Recruitment procedures
Technology Optimization
• Leverage recruiting technologies and tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
Leadership & Mentorship
• Mentor junior recruiters and team members.
• Share recruiting best practices and industry knowledge.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for:
o High-volume non-exempt roles
o Skilled Trades positions
o Manufacturing/Production environments
• Strong business acumen and strategic recruiting mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in:
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft PowerPoint
