Semiconductor Talent Acquisition
Role Overview
Join a fast-growing semiconductor manufacturing environment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for attracting and hiring high-calibre engineering, technical and manufacturing talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build strong talent pipelines and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, technical and manufacturing functions.
- Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, direct sourcing, referrals and industry networks.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and offer negotiations.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Ideal Requirements
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing or technology industries preferred.
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Good understanding of semiconductor engineering and manufacturing functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong English communication skills; additional Asian languages are a plus.
