Talent Acquisition Specialist

About This Role

This Talent Acquisition Specialist role involves taking ownership of the entire recruitment process, from intake to offer acceptance, for site-based roles. You will work closely with hiring managers at production locations and make a visible impact on the shop floor, ensuring the right people are attracted at the right time. The position is part of a close-knit Talent Acquisition team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, primarily site-based roles
• Liaise intensively with Hiring Managers and HR to clearly define needs
• Write attractive job descriptions and effectively market vacancies
• Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and your network
• Conduct intake interviews and guide candidates through the process, both online and on-site
• Coordinate and conduct interviews together with the business
• Analyze assessments and advise hiring managers on the right choice
• Prepare salary proposals in collaboration with HR and discuss them with candidates
• Devise and organize creative recruitment initiatives for hard-to-fill target groups, such as operators and technicians
• Be the point of contact for external agencies and monitor quality and collaboration
• Maintain recruitment data and report on progress and results

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, corporate or agency
• Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge stakeholders
• Comfortable in a dynamic, operational environment, such as production or logistics
• Proactive, results-oriented, and takes ownership
• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English
