Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage bulk hiring campaigns for Non IT services and Sales , ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Stake holder.
- Conduct sales recruitment activities to identify top talent in the market and attract them to join the company's team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in sales recruitment , volume hiring or BPO hiring.
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns for IT professionals.
- Strong understanding of the Indian job market trends and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
