A Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment and selection activities while supporting employee development, onboarding initiatives, and talent management programs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies.
• Promote open positions through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, universities, local organizations, and professional networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Assessment & Selection
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and potential.
• Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Provide recommendations and support hiring decisions.
• Maintain consistent and fair evaluation methodologies.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Support successful integration of employees into the organization.
• Partner with managers to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience.
• Monitor onboarding effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Talent Development & Career Growth
• Support the design and implementation of professional development plans.
• Collaborate with leadership on employee growth and succession initiatives.
• Assist in identifying training and development opportunities.
• Contribute to talent management and retention strategies.
Employee Experience & Retention
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze findings.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations to improve retention.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide insights to leadership on workforce trends and employee feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with General Management and department leaders.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Education
• Degree in:
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Philosophy
- Human Resources
- Related Field
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Talent Acquisition
- Human Resources
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methodologies.
