About The Role The Arab Lens is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and curating visual and written content across various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and print publications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of art, culture, and media, contributing to projects that promote Arab voices and stories worldwide. The Content Coordinator will collaborate closely with artists, curators, and marketing teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality content that aligns with the organization’s mission and vision.
Qualifications Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, editing, and social media management is essential. Strong proficiency in digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and social media platforms is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for arts and culture, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience working with cultural or artistic organizations will be highly regarded.

Assist in organizing exhibitions, workshops, and events by providing content support and promotional materials. Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and campaign consistency. Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance content engagement. Support the development of digital campaigns and partnerships to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
