About the role
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery for business verticals.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal leadership teams.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and critical talent requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for technical positions across multiple functions and experience levels.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, governance standards, and client-specific requirements.
Leverage ATS, recruitment technologies, Boolean search techniques, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve recruiter productivity and hiring outcomes.
Support business growth through effective resource planning, operational efficiency, and financial accountability, including ownership of recruitment delivery metrics and P&L performance.
Drive employee engagement, capability building, and succession planning within the recruitment team.
