About the role
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment activities. This role will independently manage end-to-end hiring processes across both experienced hire and campus recruitment, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for Head Office and some critical BU's hiring needs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, define talent profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Drive sourcing activities through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, talent pools, and direct search.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, evaluate qualifications and motivation, and recommend suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes and facilitate hiring decisions with stakeholders.
- Manage offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination to ensure successful hires.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role in Search firm, RPO, or Corporate Recruitment.
- FMCG industry knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Good communication skill.
