Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant

About This Role

Supporting the Talent Acquisition Operations team by managing interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding of new starters is the core of this role. It suits a dedicated, process-driven, and results-focused assistant who can deliver real value.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process
• Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
• Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, often high volume
• Create and issue employment contracts within an agreed SLA
• Process new starters through Workday and manage all new starter communications up to their first day
• Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via a third-party partner

Requirements

• Exceptional organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple workloads and able to prioritise your own workload
• Excellent communicator, able to build good relationships with colleagues and candidates
• Close attention to detail and care about providing error-free work
• Great team player, always willing to get involved and support colleagues when busy
• Ability to stay calm and focused whilst managing multiple priorities

Important Details

• Work format: three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days
