- Employment Type: Full-time
- Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM PST), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek
- 4 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience in project or program management recruitment, highly regarded
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive and proactive can-do attitude
- Strong flexibility and adaptability
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- High level of self-motivation and initiative
- Must reside within 30 minutes to 1 hour of either the Makati or Alabang office.
Your Daily Tasks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, qualification, and closing.
- Place qualified offshore professionals with clients based in Australia.
- Provide applicants with timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with the preparation of interview packs and recruitment materials.
- Perform administrative duties to support HR and recruitment operations.
