Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies focused on shared services and retail hiring, ensuring timely delivery of talent requirements across various functions.
• Lead talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline and enhance its visibility among target candidates.
• Manage and optimize recruitment tracking and reporting using ATS platforms or manual applicant tracking systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy and recruitment metrics.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment, preferably within shared services, FMCG, QSR, or large-scale retail organizations.
• Candidates from executive search or RPO firms with experience managing recruitment for major retail or consumer-facing organizations are highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking, with experience using ATS platforms considered an advantage; must be comfortable managing applicant pipelines manually when needed.
• Demonstrated experience leading recruitment attraction, employer branding, and talent sourcing initiatives, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
