Talent Acquisition Manager

About This Role

This role is for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the entire hiring process for a rapidly expanding remote-first marketing agency. As the first full-time recruiter, you will report directly to the founder, and your efforts will be crucial to the company's growth. This high-ownership position involves proactive sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for 8

-12 roles per year across paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche agency communities
• Perform first-round screening calls and written candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview loops, conduct reference checks, and manage offer logistics
• Build and maintain a bench of pre-qualified candidates
• Track and report on time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer-accept rate, and 90-day retention

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first business
• A track record of filling roles in under 30 days
• Strong written communication for an async-first culture
• Comfort owning both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
• Availability during 9am
