The NEWREST Group intends to recruit for its subsidiary in Portugal a Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist , to perform functions at the facilities located in the area of Lisbon Airport.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and integration of talent aligned with the organization's needs;
- Establish and develop partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational entities, promoting internship programs and employer branding initiatives;
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the training plan, ensuring compliance with development needs and legal and organizational requirements;
- Ensure the welcoming, integration, and follow-up of new employees, promoting a structured onboarding experience and contributing to their loyalty and retention;
- Develop and implement engagement and retention initiatives, monitoring integration and employee retention indicators;
- Conduct onboarding and Human Factors training sessions, evaluating their effectiveness and promoting continuous improvement of training content and methodologies;
- Maintain records and indicators of recruitment, training, and retention, preparing periodic reports to support management.
Desired Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a similar area;
- Experience in recruitment, training, and talent development;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Ability to organize, plan, and manage projects;
- Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office tools;
- Dynamism, proactivity, and results orientation.
