Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About This Role

This Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting high-volume hiring activities for a leading heavy equipment company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiter prescreens
• Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls
• Review resumes and applications against job requirements
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Prepare and update recruitment materials and job postings
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems
• Support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruitment administration
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment activities and follow-up actions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR, or Staffing
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars
• Candidate sourcing and recruitment outreach experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Recruitment experience in heavy industry like oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, construction or similar industry is an asset

Important Details

• Contract: 3 months to start with a high possibility of extension and turn into permanent
• Work arrangement: 5 days on-site preferred, hybrid option available (2 days remote)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day
