We’re looking for friendly and motivated Take Out Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize take-out orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Use restaurant table management systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders smoothly.
- Manage phone communication with guests, answering questions and taking orders with friendly phone etiquette.
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed during order preparation and handling.
- Maintain organization of the take-out area, keeping it clean and stocked for quick service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent guest relations by offering helpful information and ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly service.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, especially in restaurant reservation management or host/hostess roles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests over the phone and in person.
- Familiarity with restaurant table management systems and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy times.
- Basic math skills for handling payments, order totals, and change accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Experience in guest services, hospitality, or restaurant experience is highly desirable to deliver exceptional customer care.
