Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business through various sales techniques.
Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable coverage options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Qualifications:.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willing to learn and improve independently. Intensive training will be provided every week in the most fun and interactive atmosphere.
