Talent Acquisition (TA) Scheduler EMEA
- Coordinated interview scheduling across the EMEA region, managing multiple time zones and ensuring seamless interview logistics.
- Partnered with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to schedule interviews efficiently while resolving calendar conflicts.
- Sent interview invitations, confirmations, reminders, and updates through Microsoft Outlook and virtual meeting platforms.
- Maintained accurate interview schedules and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Handled last-minute scheduling changes while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting recruitment SLAs.
- Supported high-volume hiring by prioritizing scheduling requests and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
