Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team for end-to-end recruitment across multiple branches.
- Handle high-volume Asset Hiring / FLS recruitment across multiple locations.
- Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining processes.
- Manage recruitment for a large branch network and ensure timely manpower fulfillment.
- Lead and monitor team performance against hiring targets and TAT.
- Coordinate with business/branch heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure quality hiring.
- Build strong sourcing channels and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Track recruitment MIS, productivity, closures, and joining ratios.
Requirements:
- Experience in BFSI/NBFC recruitment, preferably Asset Hiring.
- Strong experience in FLS hiring and bulk recruitment.
- Prior experience of leading a TA/recruitment team.
- Experience managing hiring for multiple branches/large branch networks.
- Strong stakeholder management and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
