Supporting and enhancing production insurance systems across Property & Casualty (P&C) and Travel Medical Insurance lines of business is the core of this Systems Analyst role. This position is responsible for analyzing and resolving production incidents, deploying releases and configuration changes, and ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of applications running across Windows, Linux, and AWS environments.
