About This Role
This Systems Analyst position provides analytical and technical support for a Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services (MFMLSS) program, with a focus on evaluating, coordinating, and improving systems and processes. The role involves working with program staff and stakeholders to ensure accurate data management, system functionality, and efficient operational support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze program data, systems, and workflows to support MFMLSS operational and reporting requirements
- Assist with maintaining and improving databases, tracking systems, and reporting tools used for materiel fielding activities
- Support data collection, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy of program information
- Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation to support program management and decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or program support
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Must obtain a Tier 3 Investigation (T3) formerly National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit (NACLC) Security clearance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
