Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end schedule execution and technical milestone tracking for hardware builds.
- Serve as central technical liaison between HW Engineering, Mfg Ops, and Suppliers.
- Maintain project risk logs and execute proactive technical mitigation plans.
- Facilitate build status reviews and technical reporting to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in a technical field (EE, ME, CS, or equivalent)
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management within a consumer hardware / CE environment
- Deep familiarity with CM/ODM factory environments: EVT → DVT → PVT → MP milestones
- Experience leading cross-functional operations teams (Hardware Eng, Quality, Manufacturing, Supplier Dev)
- Track record of driving factory yield optimization and manufacturing process improvements
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues that gate production line operations
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies: FMEA, 8D, fishbone / Ishikawa, statistical tools
- Strong program schedule management (Gantt, critical path, risk tracking)
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced NPI environments with frequent travel to Asia factories
