PharmaSuite Specialist

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Pharmasuite Generalist to join our growing consulting practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and wants to help build a new practice area. You'll work across different Pharmasuite modules, helping clients optimize their life sciences operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Pharmasuite solutions across various functional areas
- Analyze client business processes and recommend system optimizations
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on support during implementations
- Develop custom solutions and workflows to meet unique client needs
- Transfer knowledge to client teams through training and documentation
- Contribute to practice development by identifying new service opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience with Pharmasuite implementation or administration
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following modules: Quality Management, Manufacturing, Batch Record, Electronic Batch Record (EBR), Validation, or Regulatory Affairs
- Understanding of life sciences industry requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about system configurations
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple Pharmasuite modules
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industries
- Previous consulting experience
- Understanding of system integration principles
- Experience with validation documentation processes
