- Responsible for high-speed UCIE development, including architecture definition, verification, and customer support (familiar with architecture, firmware, debugging, optimization, and testing tasks). 2. Define architecture and specifications through simulations. ( Matlab ) 3. Develop test automation. 4. Collaborate with the team to establish system prototypes and optimize performance. 5. Achieve product integration for clients and support mass production.
Main Requirements and Qualifications

- Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automatic Control, or related fields.

- Proficient in C, Python, C#, embedded systems, and MATLAB.

- Experience in high-speed SerDes, system verification, mass production, SIPI, and optical modules is highly preferred.

- Strong self-motivation and learning ability, excellent communication skills, and team collaboration experience.

- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing.
