About This Role
This engineering role involves providing support for SWIFT and implementing IT projects, ensuring the correct functioning, updating, and security of the entire infrastructure and messaging for clients. It suits an engineer with a strong background in SWIFT and system infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Install functional and security patches for SWIFT
- Update SWIFT application versions
- Perform daily reviews of SWIFT applications
- Resolve queries regarding SWIFT messaging functionality and format
- Manage and resolve incidents, as well as open cases on the Swift portal
- Provide support for new SWIFT platform and infrastructure projects (on-premise/cloud) based on Windows and Linux
- Offer assistance via phone, email, and in-person at client facilities when required
Requirements
- Technical training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Higher-Level Vocational Training in Networked Computer System Administration (ASIR), or Application Development
- Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in SWIFT
- Solid knowledge of: Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform, Alliance Connect, Hardware Security Module (HSM), and Windows and Linux system infrastructures (on-premise and Cloud)
- English: B2 (prepared to talk)
- Availability for both remote and occasional in-person assistance at client facilities when necessary
