About This Role
This engineering role focuses on providing support and implementing IT projects for SWIFT infrastructure, ensuring the correct functioning, updating, and security of clients' messaging and infrastructure. It suits an engineer with a strong technical background in SWIFT and system infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Install functional and security patches for SWIFT
- Update SWIFT application versions
- Conduct daily reviews of SWIFT applications
- Resolve queries regarding SWIFT messaging functionality and format
- Manage and resolve incidents, and open cases on the Swift portal
- Provide support for new SWIFT platform projects and infrastructure (on-premise/cloud) based on Windows and Linux
- Offer assistance via phone, email, and in-person at client facilities when required
Requirements
- Technical background in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Higher-Level Vocational Training in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), or Application Development
- Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in SWIFT
- Solid knowledge of: Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform, Alliance Connect, Hardware Security Module (HSM), and Windows and Linux system infrastructures (on-premise and Cloud)
- English: B2 level
- Availability for both remote and occasional in-person assistance at client facilities when necessary
