SVP, Operations & Investor Onboarding
Location: Northern New Jersey / Hybrid
A leading asset manager is seeking an SVP, Investor Operations to oversee investor onboarding, capital activity, fund servicing, and operational support across a growing investment platform. This individual will partner with internal teams, fund administrators, transfer agents, custodians, and distribution partners to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional investor experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee investor onboarding, account maintenance, and capital activity
- Manage relationships with fund administrators, transfer agents, custodians, and other service providers
- Support product launches, investor servicing, and operational reporting
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Mentor junior team members and support strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of investor operations, fund operations, transfer agency, or asset management experience
- Strong knowledge of investor servicing, fund operations, and capital activity
- Mutual fund operations experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting private and/or registered funds
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
