Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist training program or completion of an in-house training program with relevant certification.
- Washington Surgical Technologist Registration and American Heart Association BLS certification at hire.
- Preferred: Certification by a national surgical technologist organization and experience in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile protocols.
- Participate in standby and on-call duties as required.
- Support patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
