- Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile fields for surgical operations
- Assist surgeons in gowning, gloving, and draping patients
- Support surgical team by passing instruments and supplies
- Anticipate surgeons' needs during surgery
- Rotate on-call duties: 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month
- Distribute supplies and perform equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with regulations for optimal patient care
- Perform specific procedures and orient new staff as needed
