Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations. The role involves managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods across multiple regions. Candidates must have a proven track record in supply chain coordination and cost reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess holding costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and production to align on demand forecasts.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is required.
• Proficiency in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization tools is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, cost structures, and risk factors.
• Knowledge of logistics operations including transportation management and customs compliance.
• Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles in supply chain processes.
