Summary:
We are seeking a strong experience in
Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Management
to support global contact center operations. This role will focus on supplier analysis, contract negotiations, spend management, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional program support.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with supplier management and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience identifying and resolving complex supply chain challenges.
Preferred:
- End-to-end commercial and legal contract negotiation experience.
- Contact center sourcing or outsourcing experience.
