Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Oro Valley AZ (onsite)
Employment: Direct Hire/ Full time
Salary: $130K–$150K + Annual Target Bonus + Relocation Available)
We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and logistics operations while managing a team of 4 buyers . As a member of the Senior Leadership Team , you'll drive procurement strategy, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and cost savings while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement, warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations.
- Manage and develop a team of 4 buyers.
- Drive supplier sourcing, negotiations, and performance management.
- Optimize inventory, SIOP, and material flow to support manufacturing.
- Develop procurement strategies focused on cost, quality, delivery, and risk mitigation.
- Build strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of procurement/supply chain experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing .
- Proven leadership experience in procurement and supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and vendor evaluation skills.
- Experience with inventory management, SIOP, Lean manufacturing, Kanban, and supplier development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and business metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with aerospace sourcing, FAR regulations, and electronic material buying is preferred.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
