About This Role
Becoming a trusted advisor to leading organizations is the core of this role within the Supply Chain & Operations team. You will help industries adapt to the changing business world by building innovative solutions through insight. This position is for a proactive and motivated individual looking for professional and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Transform clients’ Supply Chains into future-ready networks that balance evolving expectations of customers, employees, investors, and others to drive profitable growth and do business the right way
- Work in all aspects of the supply chain, from planning and fulfillment to sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing
- Be involved in a wide range of engagements, from developing strategies, operating models, and reinventing processes to implementing improvement initiatives like sustainable logistics solutions, optimizing operational activities, or building new capabilities such as advanced planning processes using the latest digital technologies
- Work on diverse and challenging projects in various industries both in the Netherlands and internationally
- Help leading organizations solve their most complex business problems, with a data & analytics focus
- Continuously develop market-relevant Supply Chain & Operations knowledge and advisory hard- and soft skills
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English)
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Operations Research, Business Administration, (Beta-)science)
- Proactive, motivated individual that is looking for professional and personal growth
- Ability to understand and interpret data
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in consulting or relevant industry roles
- Experience with data analytics and AI solutions
- International experience (study / internship / work)
- Achievements in sports, music or other hobbies
- Extracurricular activities (e.g., honors programs, charity work, leadership roles in student organizations)
