We are looking for an ambitious and energetic supply chain personnel to coordinate and facilitate smooth movement of our products domestic and international.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Business Development and Production/ Dispatch departments for dispatch
- Coordinate with Production regarding dates and forwarding the same to overseas customer
- Handle samples, Issue sample orders to production. Follow up of samples and send the same to overseas customer
- Maintain sample stock
- Prepare custom documents as per dispatch schedule
- Coordinate with shipping company/ Freight forwarder regarding booking, carting point/ Freight rate, B/L or AWB
- Coordinate with CHA regarding Cusoms processing/ examination
- Coordinate with Accounts Department regarding payment of agent bill for getting B/L or AWB from agent
- Update export package in reference to preshipmet to postshipment documents for getting important reports like DBK, BRC, EPCopy and ECGC
- Update export register
- Prepare post shipment collection documents
- Prepare and submit monthly reports like ECGC and MPEDA
- To coordinate with CHA/consultant for pending duty drawback. Maintain drawback update
Requirements
- 4 to 5 yrs work experience in Chemical or related industry
- Commerce graduate
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English (reading & writing)
- Good communication and people skills
- Good negotiation skills
