About the role
The Supplier Quality Administrator is responsible for ensuring that Amphenol Borisch Technologies’ quality requirements are communicated, understood and maintained by ABT’s suppliers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and track supplier scorecard data and generate monthly reports.
- Follow-up with suppliers on any missing paperwork from shipments.
- Work with Supplier Quality Engineer to manage RTV (Return to Vendor) inventory across all ABT facilities.
- Grow and maintain Dock to Stock (DTS) program.
- Assist with following up and completing Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
- Maintain the Supplier Quality Report program in Ruby.
- Work closely with the Purchasing department to maintain and update supplier on-time delivery and quality data.
- Review and approve supplier First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
- Additional duties as assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma Required.
- Excellent Problem Solving, Statistical and Analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
