Duties

The individual selected for this position will:

  • Provide advisory services to project manager(s) on risk management, schedule management, change control and configuration management.
  • Develop, monitor and update schedules for projects during planning and implementation phase.
  • Analyze and evaluate major program goals and objectives.
  • Manage, engage and communicate with internal/external stakeholder(s) on program requirements, agenda and inquiries.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: For the GG-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Experience applying project management principles to assigned projects; applying independent judgement when detailed instructions are not provided; experience working with diverse team and individuals to identify and resolve conflict which affect the outcome of program goal and objective; experience communicating in writing and in person to various levels of stakeholders; and managing and engaging with a variety of internal/external stakeholders.
