Duties
You will:
- Responsible for overall operations of the Headquarters EPA building by collaborating, developing, implementing, and executing annual plans for repairs and maintenance.
- Manages and oversees day-to- day Headquarters security operations including physical access control, VIP visits, incident response, and security equipment lifecycle management.
- Works with GSA and internal EPA partners to ensure a healthy work environmental in Headquarters facilities which includes overseeing and managing programs that provide technical and programmatic activities for all Headquarters activities and for Safety, Health, and Environmental Program operations
Qualifications
You do not need a degree to qualify for this position.
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you need to have at least one year of full time experience equivalent to the GS-14 level defined as responsible for overall operation of a EPA building by collaborating, developing, implementing, and executing annual plans for repairs and maintenance; manage and oversee day-to-day security operations including physical access control, VIP visits, incident response, and security equipment lifecycle management; work with GSA and internal EPA partners to ensure a healthy work environmental in Headquarters facilities which includes overseeing and managing programs that provide technical and programmatic activities for all Headquarters activities and for Safety, Health, and Environmental Program operations.
