Impact You'll Own
- Deliver territory sales volume, market share, and budget targets
- Improve retail execution and consumer experience across indirect retail channels
- Increase the effectiveness of field support and third-party teams
- Strengthen retail partner relationships and business performance
- Use market insights and data to drive commercial decisions
What You'll Do
- Execute territory action plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and implement trade programs and business-building activities
- Build and manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and service providers
- Lead and monitor third-party field teams to ensure strong execution standards
- Track retail performance, compliance, and audits, and implement corrective actions when needed
- Manage territory budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Gather market intelligence, maintain accurate territory data, and monitor competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- University degree
- At least 1 year of experience in FMCG, sales, retail, or commercial operations
- Strong territory management and business planning skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Budget management and prioritization capability
- Strong customer and consumer focus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of English
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
