Responsibilities:
- As a Shift Supervisor you will support operational excellence and strive to consistently exceed customer expectations
- Take the lead, with responsibilities that range from assisting customers to supporting the sports book team
- Inspire associates to have fun while delivering a great guest experience
- Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning
- Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate
- Establish a culture of excellent customer service
- Professionally and promptly, respond to all customer concerns or issues
- Efficiently resolve conflicts among associates and between customers and associates
- Enforce compliance with safety policies and regulations
- Communicate with upper management regarding operations and personnel
- Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Other duties as assigned.
- As a Shift Supervisor/Cashier you will be required to use and navigate a POS terminal to assist in writing the customers requested bet ticket.
- Be able to explain and assist the customers in answering any betting related questions.
