Job Description
Good supervisory skills and able to read and interpret the engineering drawings. Knowledge of processes related to assembly and different measuring instruments, Should have good communication and interpersonal skills, Knowledge of SAP, Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Able to read and interpret the engineering drawings, Should have sound knowledge in processes related to assembly, have good problem-solving skills, Knowledge of geometrical tolerances, Knowledge of resource management and supervisory skills, Knowledge of SAP, Ensure that all calibrated instruments are used. Preparation of manpower utilization report, Guiding and instructing the workers, Ensure & educate technicians to adhere to the 5S, TPM and Kaizen systems. Adhering to the time standards given by Manufacturing Engineering, Confirming the production order in the system. Ensuring Special processes like welding, Responsible for checking the skills of workmen/technician, Participation in preparation of a risk assessment register.
