Position : Supervisor – Line Haul
Location : Bhopal
Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Line Haul Supervisor to manage and coordinate day-to-day line haul operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring vehicle movement, coordinating with drivers and transporters, ensuring timely dispatches, and maintaining smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate daily line haul operations and vehicle movement.

Coordinate with drivers, transporters, hubs, and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

Track vehicles and ensure adherence to planned schedules and routes. Handle delays, route issues, and operational challenges efficiently.

Maintain records of vehicle movements, dispatches, and deliveries.

Ensure proper loading, unloading, and documentation processes.

Follow up with drivers and transport partners regarding shipment status.

Escalate operational issues to the concerned management team.

Ensure compliance with company processes and safety guidelines.

Prepare basic operational reports and maintain required documentation.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, line haul, fleet operations, or a related field.

Good knowledge of vehicle tracking and transportation operations.

Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.

Should be responsible, punctual, and capable of handling operational issues. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
