1?? Ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity, compressed air, water, and HVAC to support production operations.
2?? Plan and execute preventive maintenance for transformers, panels, compressors, chillers, DG sets, and other utility equipment.
3?? Monitor daily utility consumption (power, diesel, water, air) and control energy costs.
4?? Attend utility breakdowns immediately and minimize production downtime.
5?? Maintain statutory compliance related to electrical systems, safety, and pollution control norms.
6?? Support new machine installations by ensuring required power, air, cooling, and exhaust provisions.
7?? Maintain documentation such as single line diagrams (SLD), maintenance logs, and calibration records.
8?? Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving initiatives.
9?? Manage utility vendors, AMC contracts, and external service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety of utility systems.
